This is my favourite drawing from all the sheets, it was the last one i did, and i think it's the best incorporation of colour and composition.

Here i have started to incorporate sequins and beads and is what i want to do in my garment shapes. I have organised an embroidery workshop at CCAD for the 3rd years with Tracy Franklin and she will be showing us tambour beading, white work and gold work and what ever else she can squeeze into 2 hours

These are my drawing sheets for the minor project, full of colour, faces from my extreme make overs with added flowers from Park Guell in Barcelona. I have used foils, pencil, pencil crayons, illuminous pens, fine liners and gouache paints. I'm really pleased with the out comes and will try to create garment shapes with these colours and shapes.
This is my first sort of multi directional repeat. I wanted to do all of my garment shapes in really bright colours, however, i may have to do this crazy repeat in more muted vintage-like colours.
I willuplaod the finished the result.

This is me, Sammy-Jo Stephenson and I'm currently studying Textiles and Surface Design BA(Hons). At the moment we are doing a minor project and i've decided to do fashion. My brief is loosely inspired by the work of Gaudi, and whilst researching i found some crazy photography in Super Super magazine and thought i'd try it out for myself. I convinced my friend and boyfriend to help me and we'v all ended up looking like these boy goerge wannabe's. However these images are the primary inspiration for my collections.

This is my very nice and patient friend Alice Hardy. Hours of fun! looking amazing!

This is Danny Casey my boyfriend and the biggest poser out of the lot of us!
He spent the whole time winging about mascara in his eyes and the make-up was heavy on his face. These poses came a bit too naturally to him and i'm slightly worried...
